Return / Exchange Policy
If you are not fully satisfied with your order, you may return or exchange your unworn item(s) within 30 days of placing an order. Returns must be in their original condition. Unfortunate Portrait will not accept returned items with any signs of wear, tear or washing.

International Return / Exchange Instructions
If you are within the 30 day return/exchange window and would like to process a return or exchange, please email hello@unfortunateportrait.com and provide your order number along with the item(s) you would like to return or exchange. Our customer service department will happily provide you with a return authorization.
For international returns or exchanges, the customer is responsible for the shipping cost of returning the order.
Right of Withdrawal - European Union
Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive, you have the right to withdraw from many contracts within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing any reason.

Please note that under Article 14(1) of Directive 2011/83/EU, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. A prepaid label will be provided through our withdrawal portal; the label cost will be deducted from your refund.
We will issue your refund within fourteen (14) days of receiving notification of your cancellation, or, if later, once we have received the returned goods or you have provided proof that the goods have been shipped back to us.
This right applies to all items purchased through our store, with certain exceptions such as digital products, perishable goods, sealed personal hygiene products, and personalized items, as set forth in Article 16 of Directive 2011/83/EU.
How do your t-shirts fit?

How long will it take for my package to arrive?
All of our shirts are made to order, so please allow up to 4 business days for your order to ship.
How much will shipping cost me?
We offer free shipping in the United States for orders over $45. International shipping costs are calculated based on our direct postage costs.
How can I track my package?
As soon as we deliver your package to the post office, you will receive an automated e-mail from us with your USPS tracking number. If you believe your package may have been lost, please contact us at hello@unfortunateportrait.com so we may locate it for you.
Can I pick my order up instead of having it shipped to me?
Sorry, we do not offer customer pickup.
